Hi Susie I am booked on for afternoon tea this weekend with James Skene. For reasons known only to himself (and for which he is still trying to justify) he didn’t think it necessary to advise you I don’t eat meat. With such short notice please don’t feel that you need to make separate dishes; the rye bread with the beef simply omitted would be fine and sounds lovely if possible for you to do. I am not sure of the set up of the sausage rolls and how easy it would be to just not add sausage to that so I might just have to miss out on that one. Everything else on the menu sounds lovely and definitely can’t wait to sample it. Regards Jen Date: Mon, 2 Feb 2015 09:07:49 +0000 To: jen_shail8787@hotmail.com

Hi Jen, it’s not a problem at all. You’ve won’t miss out on anything and will make sure there are meat free alternatives for you for a couple of the items! See you Saturday. Susie
